Users can manage their 5X account settings from Settings of the feature navigation bar on the 5X Platform.


Admins also view the Billing of their 5X workspace under Settings. Refer to Billing & Invoice to learn about managing your workspace billing details.

To update your 5X user profile, follow the steps below:

  • Users can update their details and the 5X account password on the Profile page. After updating your user profile details, click Save Changes to save the modified changes. You will be notified once the account data is updated successfully.

  • To update your account password, click Change Password.

  • The Change Password popup opens on the right. Enter the current password, and new password and confirm password details. Click Save Changes to update your account password successfully.
