Start by building your data platform
You can build your data platform in just 4 minutes!
To get started, you only have to choose the vendors you want to add to your stack, 5X will take care of the rest: provisioning vendor accounts, configuring between vendors, managing vendor utilization and monthly bill. Once the platform is created, you can manage users, and add your existing vendors to the 5X platform.
You can choose vendors and setup your platform in these two ways:
- Build From A Template: for our recommendation of industries’ best practices if you are not sure how to get started
- Choose My Own Vendors: customize your data platform with only the categories and vendors you need.
For each vendor, you can choose the configurations, such as hosting cloud, processing location, etc. Then it takes us about 4 minutes to build your first data platform behind the scene. 5X will take care of all the configurations to connect vendors with best practices so that you don’t need to worry about the manual setups anymore.
Can I add more vendors later?
Yes, you can always add more vendors to your data platform from the Integrations page, which is our App Store.
What if I’m already using this vendor?
Adding a vendor in the Setup Platform step will create a new vendor account. In this case, you don’t need to select this vendor when setting up.
After the platform is created, you can Bring Your Own Vendor (BYOV) from the Integrations page. Learn more about the difference between provisioning a vendor from 5X vs Bring Your Own Vendor here.
After your data platform is created, you now need to activate each vendor.
Go to “Platform” - Click “Activate My Account”. You will then receive activation emails from each vendor to the email address you provided when signing up for 5X.
