Activate vendor account

After accepting the user invite, users should activate their vendor account to access and manage their vendor Tile.

Pre-requisites

  • The user must be created with a 5X role of Admin or Member to receive the invite.

  • The user must be assigned the vendor access roles. To learn more about vendor roles, refer to Vendor Roles.

Activating your vendor account

To activate your vendor account, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Platform and click Activate my account on the respective vendor Tile.

  1. Once activated, to Access and Operate the vendor account, navigate to 5X Operate or click on the Tile Login button to access the vendor native UI.

Note

5X soft-deletes a vendor account once the user deletes it to prevent data loss. Admins can reach out to support@5x.co to recover a deleted vendor account.
